What we collect, and what we do with it.
This site is run by Nebraska Farmers Network, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, why, where it goes, and how to reach us about it. Last updated September 9, 2026.
Only what you send us.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, email address, and phone number; your message; and, if you submit land, details about the ground such as county, acres, legal description, water, ownership, timeline, and goals. When you request a field guide or sign up for updates, we receive your email address and the topic you asked about.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. We use these only to keep the site running, secure, and fast.
What we do not do. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics scripts, and we do not set tracking cookies.
To answer you, and nothing else.
We use the information you send to:
- respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation you started;
- send you the field guide or resource you asked for;
- send occasional updates about ground in the network if you signed up for them (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us);
- connect you with Lashley Land & Recreational Brokers or another licensed specialist when you ask us to; and
- keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
The services that handle it.
Form submissions are stored in a database we control, hosted in the United States, and delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider. Some inquiries may also be forwarded to the customer-relationship tool we use to keep track of conversations. The site itself is hosted on a content delivery network. Each of these providers processes your information only on our behalf.
When you ask to be connected with Lashley Land & Recreational Brokers, we share the details you provided so they can follow up. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our members and partners.
Ask, and we will act on it.
Retention. We keep what you send for as long as the conversation is open and as long as we need it to serve you, then for whatever period the law requires. If you unsubscribe from updates, we stop sending them.
Access, correction, and deletion. Write to legacy@legacyexchange.ag and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any record we are required to keep.
Children. This site is for adults making decisions about land. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
Changes. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
